Carol Gignoux
Carol Gignoux is well established as an expert within the AD/HD coaching profession with over 35 years experience working with AD/HD and over 16 years coaching. She has been a coach with the Hallowell Center for over 8 years. She was an active board member of the International Coaching Federation New England for 3 years and is a member in good standing of the National Speaker’s Association. She is a founding board member of the Institute for the Advancement of AD/HD Coaching that will be the responsible certifying body for AD/HD Coaches world wide.
As the founder and CEO of ADD Insights, Carol’s passion is to provide services that transform the lives of people with AD/HD. To achieve this goal she is a national professional speaker on ADHD topics and a motivational speaker on living authentically. She trains and supervises new AD/HD coaches, co-produces tele-classes on Procrastination and other important topics with The Hallowell Center in Needham, Massachusetts, creates seminars and workshops for people to achieve their potential, and has coached hundreds of people worldwide.
Presently, Carol is writing a book and building a new business that will allow people to break through barriers quickly.

Nancy Pagan
Nancy Pagan is an AD/HD coach, program developer and faculty who has a commitment to bring ADD Insight’s holistic values and approach to the AD/HD community. She has been a coach for six years and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of an ICF-accredited coaching school (Newfield). She was trained by Carol Gignoux to be an AD/HD coach.
Before coming to ADD Insights she worked with the World Health and Healing Collaborative as a Holistic Health Coach, curriculum developer and trainer. She has worked professionally as a writer, curriculum developer, and as a computer programmer/analyst. She holds a Masters in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
